how do you say "yes" in Kazakh?

My 10 year old has a project and his country of choice was Kazakhstan. We have searched the whole internet and can not find how to say "yes" in Kazakh.

I think `yes` in Kazakh is Ee-ah,and `no` is Shoke

"иә" - this is how you write it in Kazakh.

I would say it sounds like "ear" (or near, fear, dear, hear) in English with the accent on the second vowel. So my transcripton would be [ɪə].
