Ankara Hotel Almaty in Kazakhstan

Imagine wakening up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise from behind the Tian Shan mountains, especially when the peaks are covered in snow.

The hotel's position in the center next the Almaty Residence of the President, makes it a very special and safe place.

There is a nice square opposite the hotel to have a short walk. It's a very good feature.

The Best Location

As all the other hotels in Almaty it takes about 20-25 minutes from the Almaty Airport to get to the hotel. If you are arriving by train, it's about half an hour or so from Almaty I Train Station, and about 10-15 minutes from Almaty II.

And you are close to the Ramstore Supermarket, if you need to do some shopping. And you are next to the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan.

This Google map shows exactly where the hotel is. And as you can see it is not squashed by the other buildings around as so many other places are.
